89Süd Organic Bitter Lemon Syrup Essence is an organic syrup essence made from organic lemons, organic lemon juice, water, and organic sugar by the 89Süd manufactory in Waldkirch, Bavarian Swabia. The lemons come from Sicily, from the foot of Mount Etna. More concentrated than classic syrup, with less sugar and plenty of fruit, vegan and non-alcoholic, 330 ml in a swing-top bottle. No quinine, no added flavorings, not a ready-made Bitter Lemon – an essence that you dilute yourself.
