Thomas Eckart: Hello! Yes, of course. Eckart Saucen is our family business in Berlin, specializing in handmade, high-quality sauces. Since 2009, we have placed great importance on natural ingredients and traditional recipes.
Leni & Hans: What inspired you to start Eckart Saucen?
Thomas Eckart: I was inspired by my passion for cooking and the conviction that good sauces make all the difference. Back then, there were hardly any high-quality sauces on the market, so I decided to fill that gap.
Leni & Hans: How do you ensure that your sauces meet these high quality standards?
Thomas Eckart: We use only fresh, natural ingredients and completely avoid artificial preservatives. Every sauce is produced in small batches to guarantee consistency and flavor.
Leni & Hans: Which of your sauces is your personal favorite and why?
Thomas Eckart: That's hard to say because I love all our sauces. But if I had to choose, it would be the classic tomato ketchup because of its versatility and rich flavor.
Leni & Hans: What plans do you have for the future of Eckart Saucen?
Thomas Eckart: We want to expand our range and develop more innovative sauces. In addition, we would like to grow internationally and make our products better known worldwide.
